The linear sartorial construction is the spirit that confirms itself as the style of the Autumn / Winter 2020-21 collection designed by Donatella Raggio and perfectly displays the designer's stylistic direction.Taking inspiration from volume and form, both of which echo the philosophy of understatement whilst giving reference to the French style, and the personality of timeless icons such as Juliette Binoche and Marion Cotillard.
The concept is sophisticated and utilises the shoulder garment as an indispensable element in creating a ‘total look’ divided into four coloured mini-capsules that marry blue to gray, camel to gold, blue to black, and acid green, in order to challenge the rigours of winter therefore reclaiming the wearer’s right to happiness.
